Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Services

Botnex.io provides digital, subscription-based WhatsApp automation services, including but not limited to:

• WhatsApp Business API onboarding
• Automation flows and chatbot services
• Campaign and messaging credits
• Platform access and support

These services are intangible and usage-based.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Botnex.io are non-refundable.

Once a service is activated, message credits are allocated, or onboarding has started, no refunds will be issued, including but not limited to:

• Partial usage
• Non-usage by the customer
• Account suspension due to policy violations
• Customer misunderstanding of features or limitations

3. Subscription Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• Cancellation will stop future renewals only.
• No refunds will be provided for the current billing period.
• Services will remain active until the end of the paid term.

4. Message Credits & Usage

• Message credits are allocated based on the selected plan.
• Used, expired, or unused message credits cannot be refunded or transferred.
• Credits do not carry forward unless explicitly stated in your plan.

5. WhatsApp / Meta Compliance Issues

Botnex.io is not responsible for refunds in cases where:

• WhatsApp or Meta suspends, restricts, or disables a number
• Account quality issues arise due to customer content or behavior
• Business verification or template approvals are rejected by Meta

Compliance with WhatsApp and Meta policies is the customer's responsibility.

6. Exceptional Cases

Refunds, if any, are considered only at the sole discretion of Right Business Avenues LLP, and only if:

• Payment was duplicated due to a technical error, or
• Service was not activated at all due to a verified internal fault

Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Permanent termination of services
• Legal or recovery action if required

8. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
